About Bauer Family Farm
The Bauer Family Farm is a small local family farmstead that raises chicken, turkey, rabbit, as well as occasional livestock like cow, pig, goat and lamb. Although most vegetable produce is for private consumption, sometimes a bumper crop of tomatoes, peppers or squash provides enough to be sold near the end of summer and the beginning of fall.
Paul and Teresa Bauer enjoy teaching basic stewardship principles to others and have hosted grade school field trips and father-and-son outings.
The Bauer Family farm buys most of the animal feed and bedding from Merriam Feed in Merriam, KS.
